Prior to your appointment new patients will be sent a medical history form to complete. If you require help with this form, please come a little earlier to your appointment and ask for assistance from our receptionist.
We understand that some people might not have been to the dentist for a long time or may feel a little self-conscious or anxious, please be reassured that whatever has prompted you to visit we will be happy to help.
We offer a detailed examination for all new patients and will assess your teeth and gums thoroughly, this examination usually requires X-rays. Following your examination, we will explain our observations and treatment recommendations. If you have any specific concerns, please let us know at the start of your appointment so we can assess them first.
After your consultation our receptionist will either book a follow up appointment or if no treatment is required schedule a reminder for your next dental check-up.
